Quince

quince

For quince is believed to have originated in Iran. The fruit of quince resembles a pear or apple. To be tasty, it should be from golden to yellow-colored or with reddish spots. Most often the quince looks big and shapeless. Her skin can be covered with moss, or be smooth. Characteristic of all quinces, however, is exceptional flavor.
