Cherries are small and fleshy, red or reddish-black berries that contain a solid stone. Cherry is also known to have very short fruit season and quickly dried. The cherries is best to eat fresh and as soon as possible after they are cut off from the tree. The beneficial effects on the health from the cherries are retained even if they are frozen ,in the form of juice or preserved.
